Steven initially began his college career studying music at the Institute, but later transferred to Case where he earned his degree. Steven then moved to New York where he worked in artist management for 12 years. After his time in New York, Steven then moved to Maine to invest in commercial real estate.

Steven then moved back to Ohio to join his father’s company, where he would let his father retire in 2008. Coming into the company at the hit of the recession, Steven was able to reshape the company and get it back on its feet.
